its so boring.damn, toda training was fun.cos THERE WAS NO PT.ahha.no lah thinkning abt it..pt is FUN.except during it.i like the sweaty feeling after it.haha.im sorry if you think im digusting lah.but yea. its feels AMAZING after you work out.duno?GO TRY LAH.=.= haha.its reali great,im falling in love wif training pts lah.ONLY THE AFTER FEELING.im going to train later again.running.althou my knee has become quite screwed i told myself le.you going to sit down and lose all your muscles and become a useless blubbler of fats and a lousy netballer or going to traing for your stamina even thou you might jus lose it all.haha.it jus imediately gets me going.haha.nevermind, i shall jus keep running like at ECP omgh la, i was bloody tired, and nicole did like half of wad i ran, after i ran like 400m going back into the same direction(away from the pinic area) i was like, wtf am i doin gman, i felt damn tired.and besdides i did not know where i was running to.all i knew was..jus keep running,and that was all i did, haha.its kinda cool.
